Since 2015 Ariana has supported individuals facing trauma, grief, substance use, and eating disorders across various levels of care. Ariana earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and is certified in Motivational Interviewing. She also integrates evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her work.
In addition to her clinical practice, Ariana has facilitated support groups for the National Alliance for Eating Disorders and actively participated in fundraising efforts to expand access to care for those who cannot afford treatment. She is deeply committed to advocacy and creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing.
